Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Jayden and I made some white chocolate covered pretzels for her party today.....Yummy!!!!!

DJ and I are grilling steaks tonight and he has a lunch planned for us as well. Yesterday I was talking to DJ over his blue tooth in his truck. Jayden starts talking to me and told me she got a balloon at wal mart. Then she says, "We had to get you pink roses cause they didn't have any more red ones!" I started cracking up!!!!! I then heard her whisper to DJ, " What, daddy?" I'm sure he gave her a mean look lol!!

Lazy night

So tonight has been a lazy night. Got home from work and Jayden and I have been sitting here watching tv all night. Except for me washing some clothes and cooking supper. I cooked quiche, a big hit at my house. Jayden LOVES it. It is so easy to make and breakfast for supper is always cool lol


Recipe:

1 lb sausage
1 c bisquick
2 c milk
4 eggs
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Brown sausage and crumble in bottom of dish. Cover with cheddar cheese.

Beat eggs. Mix in milk, salt, pepper and bisquick. Pour evenly over sausage and cheese.

Bake at 400' for 25-30 min.

Back to the Grind (Zumba)

So I have been trying to get back to my Zumba routine since the beginning of the year. Work keeps messing me up lol. I though this week I would actually be able to do Zumba all 5 times this week.......well no! Have to go in early tomorrow so it will only be 4 times. That is better than what I have been able to do. I have also started back counting calories. Working on a lot of things in my life right now. Fitness is only one. Working on relationships, attitude, faith just to name a few. Gotta get things lined up in order for things to move in the right direction.

Paint-N-Pals Field Trip

Jayden had a field trip today at Paint-n-Pals. I wish I could have gone with her. Rily's dad was able to go so I got some pics from them. She had a lot of fun and painted a really good cross. Oh, and she came home as a cat! lol

Gender Change - Tangled to Max LOL

When my sister let everyone know that she had kittens to give away, I asked her if they were boys or girls. She told me girls and we never had another discusion about it. So "Tangled" comes to live with us. Never did I look to see what the kitten was. Why would I? My sister already told me that they were girls. Now "she" has a little pink house and some cute collars. DJ takes "Tangled" to the vet and they have "her" little PINK card all filled out with the information on it. Dr looks at "her" and was like "Uhm, it's a he!" LOL LOL

New name is Max, short for Maximus from Tangled. :)
